
Administrative Assistant
Bristol Reggae Orchestra are recruiting an administrator to support the organisation with the day-to-day administrative aspects of operating the orchestra, the choir and the outreach programme.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to general enquiries
- Maintaining website content
- Onboarding new members
- Minute taking at meetings
- Digital filing and archiving

Required skills:
- An ability to work independently in completing assigned duties
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of various applications - such as MS Office, Google Drive and others
- Experience of administration is preferred
